On October 2, 2023, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin announced plans for a scholarship program to promote scientific creativity among postgraduate engineering students as well as monetary rewards of Rs. 25 lakh for each of the scientists. The event was held in Chennai.

2. Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) is released inflation rate of Pakistan

Pakistan’s inflation increased to 31.4% year-over-year in September from 27.4% in August, according to figures released Monday by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), as the country deals with rising fuel and electricity prices.
